Day #3

We got the news/event letter from the apartment complex the other day. I just read it today and found out that January is International Creativity Month. Knowing this makes me like doing this project a little bit more. Instead of making a resolution to work out or quit something like most people do at the beginning of every year, I'm going to make something creative every day till I hit 365 projects. Thanks for the boost International Creativity Month!

Day #3: For today the book told me to use a piece of paper. The catch: you can cut, glue, or draw on it. Folding it isn't a must. Which, I wasn't going to anyways since for the first day I folded those business cards into hearts. I figured I could tear, tape, staple, sew, or burn the paper. Painting and Writing are not drawing, technically speaking. The decision landed on writing, but I didn't want to write a letter and I wanted it to be creative. This is what I came up with...

It's a Sunset. For the outlines I wrote the word of what it is; Water, Land, Hill, Sun & Ray. To fill in the sections of the picture I wrote the colors of them; Blue, Green, Tan, Gold, Yellow, Orange, Purple, Pink, Maroon & Red. Pretty neat huh?
